This week, I had the privilege of meeting great thinkers and genuine people from five European countries (Ireland, Italy, France, Spain, the Netherlands and Finland) at the Finland meeting of the Innovative European Career Guidance (IEUCG) project (Erasmus+).
Together, we have made a report describing career guidance and employment support, a manual, training modules and career guidance tools in five languages. My part focused on using artificial intelligence and designing technological career guidance practices based on empathy.
Next week 16.10. we will present the results of the IEUCG and the SIMHE (Supporting Immigrant in Higher Education in Finland) study with Anita Hartikainen at the JOE project (EAKR) "Availability of career guidance services and new winds" workshop. The event is aimed at university experts who provide study and career guidance and those who coordinate continuous learning and develop or plan services.
